Heart Health for Educators

Heart Health for Educators course from WEA Academy
Includes lifetime access

Course Overview

Each year more educators die from cardiovascular disease than any other disease including cancer. Cardiovascular disease is defined as including: heart attacks, strokes, congestive heart failure, and peripheral artery disease. Of these four major heart related health issues, heart attacks and strokes are the most common. The purpose of this course is to provide educators with sufficient information so that they can postpone or even prevent these critical health problems from occurring. Please note: this course is not meant as a substitute for regular visits and consultations with your doctor.
